The Program
The West Virginia High Technology Consortium Foundation Export Program provides valuable assistance to local businesses with an eye on penetrating foreign markets. Our customer service program includes training courses, one-on-one mentoring, customized market research and our Export News publications. In addition, the program focuses on delivering successful export deals to West Virginia businesses.

Our Location
The Export Program is based primarily out of the Foundation's Wheeling offices but our services are also offered via one-on-one consultations and training courses. Consultations are available to member businesses only and can be conducted either at your location or at the our facilities.
Becoming a Member of the Program
